We are pleased to announce the release of our updated Intergraf guidance document on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This revised edition reflects the newly updated application dates and offers expanded sections on key clarifications, including transitional periods and practical implementation for companies.

In response to the impending EU Deforestation Regulation—effective from 30 December 2025 following a one-year postponement—Intergraf has prepared a comprehensive guidance document to assist its members in navigating the new requirements. This document, tailored exclusively for Intergraf members, aims to clarify obligations for printing companies, including those outside the EU delivering to the EU market.

Because effective compliance relies on clear communication throughout the value chain, we continue to refine the roles and obligations of both printing companies and their customers under the EUDR. This version already provides guidance for certain customers of printing companies, helping them understand their responsibilities under the legislation.

Please note, however, that this may not be the final version of the document, as we anticipate further guidance from the European Commission in the coming months.
